Empowering SMEs with Smart Technology for Marketing
SME smart transformation was advanced through two key initiatives:
In-depth Support: A six-option AI tool package was provided to help 508 enterprises accelerate product promotion.
AI Talent Training for International Trade: Courses on "Business Strategy" and "Professional Knowledge" covering 8 topics were launched, with 80+ sessions available and 5,234 participants trained.
Enhancing SMEs ' Digital Sales Capabilities
Through digital trade assessments, consulting services, and AI optimization, tailored reports were delivered to 855 companies, consultations were provided to 852 companies, and technological tools were adopted by 601 companies. In addition, 1,008 digital trade training sessions were conducted to support businesses in expanding their international presence.
AiEZ TRADE
AiEZ TRADE is a smart trade platform that integrates economic data with AI applications to support businesses in market decision-making. Through a virtual navigator, it incorporates products and focus areas into AI model training to deliver curated trade intelligence. By providing global import/export charts, trade show recommendations, and buyer profile pairing, the platform empowers enterprises to seize opportunities and expand into international markets.
AI Talent Training
In line with the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ AI talent development policy, TAITRA implements a dual-track approach—AI Talent Training and Corporate In-house Training—to support enterprise AI adoption. Four core competency courses enable professionals to quickly build foundational AI knowledge and skills, serving as a starting point for AI transformation, while aligning AI tools and application scenarios with company needs to facilitate internal knowledge diffusion and broader organizational adoption.

E-commerce Training Camp
In partnership with Amazon and Pinterest, the event was organized with 62 enterprises and 293 students from 28 universities. A total of 1,680 catalogs were uploaded, generating 100,000+ overseas views and 114 leads; 159 students earned Google Analytics certification. Top performers were subsequently invited to design Pinterest ads for 20 premium members, serving 82 companies in total.
Taiwantrade Industry Online Pavilions and AI Business Matchmaking
Online pavilions were established for priority industries—including machinery, machine tools, auto parts, fasteners, hand tools, plumbing hardware, bicycles, and plastic and rubber products. In parallel, the AI Business Matchmaking Campaign was launched, integrating AI-powered recommendations with online meetings and on-site trade promotion events to deliver “monthly buyers, weekly events, and daily opportunities,” generating USD 74.98 million in business opportunities.

The forum attracted approximately 6,713 participants. Themed around "Pioneering the Future with Smart Sustainability" and "Going Global, Marketing Worldwide," the event focused on international trade policies, digital empowerment, corporate innovation, and e-commerce strategies, featuring 18 speakers from 7 countries.

Building Digital Capabilities to Develop Overseas Customers
Focused on digital marketing empowerment, the program supported over 1,200 enterprise engagements over three years. Through digital visibility analysis, English content production, digital advertising, and international matchmaking, it has generated over USD 30 million in international business opportunities and strengthened companies’ global visibility and overseas customer development capabilities.

Amazon Global Selling – Taiwan Pavilion Launch
The Amazon Global Selling team, Payoneer, and Golden Well Int'l Logistics shared insights on product selection, brand management, on-platform marketing, and payment and logistics solutions, helping enterprises leverage cross-border platform resources. A total of 278 enterprises participated.

Three sessions were held, featuring experts from Boxlight Electronics (Kenya), Chaldal (Bangladesh), Pepita (Hungary), Amazon, eBay, Newegg, Payoneer, and Golden Well Int'l Logistics. The events drew 336 company visits and facilitated 251 one-on-one meetings.
