As AI reshapes global business, TAITRA launched the AI platform AiEZ TRADE, alongside AI CEO workshops and AI application training to help SMEs adopt AI technologies. Additionally, TAITRA integrated digital marketing tools to support businesses in developing overseas customers and exploring global opportunities.

AI CEO Workshop

Featuring experts from Microsoft, Phison Electronics, and Taiwan AI Academy, the workshop covers data, talent, and AI tools, sharing the latest trends and applications. It offers ongoing, customized AI consulting, with a “one-time class, continuous service” model. The workshop drew 34 CEOs and executives from 33 companies, including ASE Group, Lite-On, and Shihlin Electric.

AiEZ TRADE

AiEZ TRADE allows businesses to input their company registration number, and AI analyzes vast amounts of data to identify suitable markets. During its trial, enterprise testing events were held to gather feedback and better meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.

Designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, AiEZ TRADE combined together trade data and AI-powered sales solutions.
AiEZ TRADE held workshops in Taoyuan, Taichung, and Kaohsiung, inviting business users to experience the platform firsthand.

DATE SUMMIT

The 10th DATE SUMMIT, themed "Discover Advanced Trends in E-economy," featured 19 leaders and experts from 7 countries discussing AI and ESG. The event offered AI-powered real-time subtitles and voice functions translation in 9 languages, with 6,602 participants both online and offline.

AI Business Application Training

The program focused on generative AI for business applications, offering training in text generation (e-mails, reports, business documents), image and video creation for marketing and competitive analysis, along with business process automation (data analysis and visualization), with a total of 1,353 participants trained.

Empowering SMEs with Smart Technology for Marketing

The programs included AI sales assistants, automated ad placement, smart live streaming, AI-generated images for buyer exposure, automated VR meeting rooms, and VR showrooms. In-depth support was provided to 1,000 SMEs, generating 48 million exposures, reaching over 1.4 million buyers, and producing more than 7,600 digital assets.

Enhancing SMEs' Digital Sales Capabilities

Through digital trade assessments, consulting, and AI optimization, 782 companies received reports, 752 received consultations, 568 adopted tech tools, and 1,346 digital trade training sessions were provided to help businesses expand internationally.

Building Digital Capabilities to Develop Overseas Customers

Through expert consultations, businesses enhanced their digital capabilities and facilitated buyer matchmaking by creating content, building websites, and utilizing LinkedIn and Google keyword marketing. 400 companies received assessments, and 60 received in-depth support.
